Landing Page — Requests, schedule boards, daily KPI boards and downtime tracking — everything your floor is telling you, in one place. No hardware, no ERP project.
Demo — A short intro to Andon Tool: what it is, how it started, and how it helps Manufacturers get the right communication to the right place.
Public Pricing — $300/mo or $600/mo, all four modules included. One-time setup fee; subscription starts on day 31. No long-term contracts.
Manufacturing Problems — Missed radio calls, five versions of the same spreadsheet, downtime nobody wrote down — and what a digital Andon system does about it.
How Andon Tool Works — Follow one request from the floor to done — who asked, who claimed it, how long it took. See how the Andon workflow runs before you buy.
Built For Manufacturing — Built for welding, fab, paint, assembly, quality and material handling — by someone who worked the floor, not a software vendor.
Features — Live request boards where late calls turn red, photos from the floor, KPI boards and TV slides, downtime ranked by time lost, plus optional Skill Matrix and C.I.B. add-ons.
Manufacturing Results — What actually changes on the floor: requests nobody loses, owners by name, and response times a supervisor can finally measure.
Faq — Straight answers on hardware, ERP, setup time, shared floor devices, rollout and support — before you commit to an Andon system.
Implementation Support — What the one-time launch fee actually buys, how setup runs, and what support you get while your subscription is active.
Sell Sheet — Andon Tool on one page: features, pricing, and what setup looks like for small manufacturers.
Articles — Practical writing on shop-floor communication, downtime, and production scheduling — from someone who has run the floor, not a software company.
Downtime Cost Calculator — Put a dollar figure on your downtime. Plug in your own numbers. Nothing you enter is saved or sent anywhere.
Skill Matrix Template — A free Excel skill matrix for manufacturing: levels 0–4, coverage targets, single-point-of-failure alerts, and a training plan.
