How Remote Setup Guidance Works
Prepare
Work remotely with the Company Administrator to organize the initial structure.
Launch
Help answer product and configuration questions during the initial rollout.
Continue
Provide reasonable remote assistance with product questions, troubleshooting, and reported issues while the subscription is active.
Implementation may include guidance with:
Company Admin Onboarding
The Company Administrator is the primary contact for implementation and ongoing support. During onboarding, Andon Tool works remotely with the Company Admin to review the planned structure, answer configuration questions, and help prepare the organization for the initial rollout.
Continued Remote Product Support
After launch, an active subscription includes reasonable remote assistance with product use, configuration questions, troubleshooting, and reported software issues.
Support areas include:
Remote Meetings
Company Administrators can contact Andon Tool through the available support channel. When helpful and reasonably available, remote meetings may be scheduled using Microsoft Teams or another agreed remote-meeting service.
Email Communication
Email communication may also be used with the Company Administrator to gather information, provide instructions, or follow up on an issue.
What Standard Support Does Not Automatically Include
Standard implementation and product support do not automatically include custom software development, special integrations, extensive customer data entry, on-site services, operational consulting, or work outside the normal Andon Tool product. Services outside the standard scope may require a separate written agreement and additional pricing.
Reported bugs will be reviewed and prioritized based on available information, severity, product impact, and development capacity. A specific correction or release date is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
Feature suggestions are welcomed and may be reviewed for future development, but submitting a suggestion does not guarantee that the feature will be created.
The customer remains responsible for internal decisions, employee communication, local procedures, data accuracy, and completing assigned setup activities.
